About the Role
The Senior Communication Program Lead serves as the primary communications partner to the Waters Materials Science Division leadership, shaping and executing an integrated strategy that bridges internal engagement and external storytelling. This role is pivotal in advancing business priorities while ensuring seamless alignment with Waters' enterprise narrative, brand standards, and messaging framework.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong public relations background, with a unique ability to distill complex scientific topics into compelling narratives suitable for paid, owned, and earned media channels. Beyond divisional responsibilities, this leader will partner closely with the SVP of Global Communications to drive select enterprise change initiatives, acting as a strategic connector across divisional, regional, and corporate teams.
