About the Role
Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. You will define and execute retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, building scalable media offerings that drive incremental revenue. The position involves establishing media packages, pricing models, and a go-to-market approach while managing external sales teams and partners. This role is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified8+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or ecommerce marketing
- verified3+ years leadership experience
- verifiedExperience with retail media platforms or ad tech
- verifiedStrong understanding of performance marketing
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer electronics or tech retail. Familiarity with Epsilon or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills.
