The Senior Clinical Pharmacy Strategist is a pivotal role designed to help improve, develop, and implement initiatives that execute PacificSource's Clinical Pharmacy strategies and management priorities. You will partner directly with the Vice President of Pharmacy Services to drive enterprise cost-of-care strategies, strategic roadmaps, and quality initiatives that directly impact STARS ratings, HEDIS measures, and overall quality performance.
This position is essential for aligning pharmacy services with enterprise-wide goals regarding cost containment, regulatory compliance, and member outcomes. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing performance data, streamlining processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to design and implement infrastructures that elevate clinical quality and optimize medication use. You will lead the creation of clinical program strategies that advance STARS and HEDIS metrics while ensuring all programs comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Additional experience managing complex work processes. Preferred degree in public health, mathematics, statistics, data or computer science, or similar research related field. Preference for post-graduate degree in any preferred field. Knowledge of national and state quality measures such as CMS Stars, NCQA, HEDIS. Experience with medical billing, claims processing systems, data analytics, and health care information.
