About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide critical support and oversight for the design, construction, and commissioning phases of industrial facility projects. This role serves as a bridge between engineering design and on-site execution, ensuring that electrical systems are not only technically sound but also constructible and maintainable.
In this position, you will validate engineering calculations, review design drawings for accuracy, and coordinate equipment configurations within 3D models (NavisWorks) to optimize functionality and egress. A key part of your day-to-day involves collaborating with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) staff to approve submittals, validating construction RFI responses, and conducting field engineering QA. You will also be responsible for entering system data into capacity planning software and utilizing tools like ETAP to analyze power distribution systems.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent work with collaboration on multiple concurrent projects. You will be expected to travel to client offices, project sites, and other Parsons locations to perform inspections, conduct walk-downs, and assist construction teams with complex electrical technical issues.

Requirements
