About the Role
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining the server-side applications, APIs, and services that power our business functionality. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on solving complex technical problems and aligning development activities with established architecture guidelines.
In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams—including product owners, designers, architects, and frontend developers—to deliver scalable and reliable applications. Your day-to-day will involve engaging directly with customers to understand their use cases, designing and delivering new application code, and managing data storage and retrieval. You will play a key role in optimizing backend infrastructure to improve resiliency, monitoring application health, and supporting critical security practices such as encryption and anonymization to safeguard user data.
