Bright Vision Technologies is a forward-thinking software development company dedicated to building innovative solutions that help businesses automate and optimize their operations. We leverage cutting-edge technologies to create scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. As we continue to grow, our platform group is expanding to transform business processes through technology, offering a dynamic environment for engineers who value internal developer experience and operational excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential. As a Senior Backend Engineer (High-Throughput Platforms), you will design, build, and operate the foundational platforms and shared services that other engineering teams rely on to deliver their products.
You will focus on building backend platform capabilities—such as request routing, traffic management, data fan-out, caching layers, and durable event processing—that must handle very high traffic volumes with predictable latency and minimal operational toil. The ideal candidate combines deep distributed systems expertise with strong platform-engineering instincts, values internal developer experience as a first-class concern, and has a track record of leading multi-quarter platform initiatives that meaningfully raise the engineering bar for the organizations they support.
For every role, a technical coding assessment is mandatory. Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and hands-on experience.
