About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you will be the backbone of our service operations, responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles. Your work ensures that every car leaving our shop meets the highest standards set by Greg's Automotive, our dealership partners, and manufacturers. You will adhere to strict MAP guidelines while delivering accurate repairs and multi-point inspections.
A key part of your day involves bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer understanding. You will explain complex diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including service consultants, store managers, and the vehicle owners themselves. By recommending essential services to keep vehicles running safely and documenting all findings, you play a vital role in building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
