This position serves as a key contributor within our application development and support ecosystem. You will take the lead in delivering complex application services, working as part of a project team or in a dedicated application support capacity. The role is designed for a developer who thrives on analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing systematic solutions that meet rigorous customer requirements.
In this capacity, you will not only build and enhance applications but also ensure they meet defined service levels regarding system availability, performance, and quality. You will be expected to mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence. Your work will involve collaborating closely with customers, business analysts, and IT partners to translate complex business needs into innovative technical solutions.
Your work will span the full system development life cycle, from initial analysis to release implementation. You will frequently engage in technical walkthroughs, report on project status, and provide accurate documentation. Depending on project demands, you may step into various roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager. The role also involves providing general production support, which may include on-call duties and 24x7 support to ensure continuous service for our customers.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard interview process to assess technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
