This Full Stack Developer position serves as a key technical lead within our application development and support teams. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of complex, systematic solutions that meet rigorous customer requirements and adhere to Highmark IT standards. In this role, you will not only design, code, and test sophisticated applications but also provide essential production support to ensure high availability, performance, and quality.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with business analysts, partners, and cross-functional IT teams to translate complex business needs into innovative technical solutions. You will guide the full system development life cycle, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure seamless release implementations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members, conduct technical walkthroughs, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
