This position within the Strategy & Change family applies specialized knowledge of project, program, and initiative delivery methods to create high-quality, predictable, transparent, and sustainable outcomes. You will collaborate across teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles that impact the effective functioning of teams and programs.
In this role, you will operate at a group or enterprise-wide level, serving as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders. You will continuously improve and update planning and control approaches for communication, change, risk, and financial aspects of team delivery and release management processes. Your work involves applying expertise creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations, implementing changes in response to shifting trends, and taking measured risks while protecting the bank through our Risk Management Framework.
