About the Role
We are seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. The position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, ensuring application uptime and system performance. You will work both individually and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve application issues, execute preventative maintenance, and perform special project work as needed.
