About the Role
Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to serve as the frontline guardian of our Entertainment & Sports venues. In this critical position, you will be responsible for protecting guests, staff, and assets while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Your presence will be the first line of defense, requiring you to balance strict security protocols with outstanding customer service.
As a key member of our team, you will conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols across venues, parking areas, and restricted zones. You will monitor CCTV systems and security equipment to maintain situational awareness, verify credentials at access points, and manage crowd flow during high-energy events. Whether responding to alarms, medical emergencies, or enforcing venue policies, you will act with sound judgment and professionalism, often liaising directly with venue management, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will undergo a review of their state security guard license, CPR/First Aid certification, and valid driver's license. The process includes verifying completion of basic security and crowd control training. Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate strong observation, communication, and de-escalation skills during the selection phase.
