Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our Security & Law Enforcement department, where you will play a vital role in protecting guests, staff, and assets for our Hospitality & Travel clients. In this fast-paced environment, you will serve as the first line of defense while delivering exceptional customer service. Your presence ensures a safe, secure atmosphere that aligns with our core values of integrity, professionalism, and clear communication.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of proactive monitoring and responsive action. You will conduct thorough foot and vehicle patrols across hospitality and travel facilities, keeping a vigilant eye on entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to ensure only authorized access. Operating CCTV systems and other security technologies, you will observe and detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations, documenting events accurately.
When incidents occur, you will be the calm center of the storm, responding to alarms and emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement and medical personnel as needed. Beyond security protocols, you will be a friendly face for visitors, providing courteous assistance and directions. You will also collaborate closely with team members and client staff to maintain a secure environment, handling everything from conflict de-escalation to supporting evacuation and crowd control procedures.
Candidates meeting the preferred qualifications—including a high school diploma, state security guard license (where applicable), and prior security or customer-facing experience—will be considered. Successful applicants will undergo a background check clearance process. Specific interview steps and timelines will be communicated directly to qualified candidates.
