About the Role
Empyreal is seeking a Full-Time Security Monitoring Agent to serve as the eyes and ears of our operations. In this role, you will provide live surveillance of our facilities and vehicles, ensuring the safe and secure transport and processing of client assets. You will be the first line of defense, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our security systems across multiple locations.
Your day-to-day involves ensuring that facility and vehicle communications, tracking, monitoring, and access systems are operational and properly maintained. You will identify suspicious activity, monitor patterns of people around our sites, and coordinate extensively with on-site operations, logistics, and cash services management units. This position is based in Englewood, just a short ride from Park Meadows Mall.
Work Schedule
The Security Operations Center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This role covers vacation and other time off for all shifts, with schedules posted at least one week in advance for each two-week period. You will work three shifts per week, with each shift lasting between 8 to 10 hours. The available shifts include:
- Morning Shift (6:00am–2:30pm)
- Swing Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm)
- Night Shift (10:00pm–6:30am)

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleConsult with Security Systems Administrator on design and deployment of security equipment
- check_circleEnsure facility security cameras are operational and configured properly
- check_circleCommunicate with security system vendors to recommend improvements and upgrades
- check_circleFacilitate the transfer of video footage to clients and law enforcement as authorized
- check_circleSearch, access, transfer, and archive facility and vehicle footage as necessary
- check_circleDocument and record incidents or injuries with detailed notes on circumstances
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedSome college coursework preferred
- verifiedTwo plus years of experience in security systems and surveillance equipment
- verifiedKnowledge of security architecture, policies, and procedures
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Windows, Google Android, GPS tracking, and security access systems
