The Security Driver Training Instructor IV serves as a pivotal instructor and course manager for high-level security driver training programs. This role is designed to ensure the delivery of world-class training that meets the rigorous demands of Diplomatic Security and protective motorcade operations. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and presenting courses while evaluating their effectiveness to guarantee that all training objectives are met.

Your work involves a dynamic mix of classroom instruction, practical field exercises, and strategic curriculum development. You will oversee training events with minimal direction, ensuring that all instructors are fully prepared with established lesson plans and instructional methods. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to monitoring instructor performance, reviewing trainee evaluations, and analyzing feedback to continuously improve the curriculum.
You will act as a liaison with a broad array of law enforcement, security, military, and government organizations, maintaining strong relationships to coordinate training venues and resources. Whether you are resolving complex problems during a training deployment, drafting revisions to course content, or presenting security awareness briefings to diverse audiences, your goal is to maintain the highest standards of safety and operational readiness.
