CDL-A Company Driver - Grad Training - OTR - Dry Van

About the Role

Just got your CDL-A? Start your Over-The-Road (OTR) career strong with Bison USA. This role is designed specifically for recent graduates ready to transition from the classroom to the highway. You have the license; now it is time to gain the experience that builds a future. Bison USA supports new drivers from day one, providing paid training and guidance through your first solo load.

As a driver, you will operate late-model van and reefer trailers on steady OTR routes. The position offers consistent work with 2,000 to 2,500 weekly miles, allowing you to build your log while earning competitive pay based on mileage. You will be assigned your own truck following the training period, ensuring you have the right equipment to succeed.

The Training Experience

We believe in investing in our drivers before they hit the road. The journey begins with a comprehensive orientation and training program:

• 3 Days: Orientation to get you settled.
• 5 Days: Classroom and terminal training.
• 4 Weeks: In-cab paid training with an experienced mentor driver.

For those who demonstrate readiness, a fast-track option is available, condensing the in-cab training to just 2 weeks based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head out on your own.
