About the Role
The Security and Risk Lead serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, acting as the critical bridge between technical security teams, business stakeholders, and governance functions. In this capacity, you will oversee the organization's security posture, risk management, and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and broader business objectives.
Your mission is to provide leadership in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity, operational, and technology risks. You will translate complex technical security concepts into clear business impact statements, enabling informed decision-making across the enterprise. By driving continuous improvement in security processes and fostering collaboration across infrastructure, application, and network teams, you will help strengthen the organization's overall resilience against emerging threats.

Requirements
