We are hiring an Account Manager to lead security operations for two client sites in Florence, KY, and Walton, KY. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will ensure the safety and well-being of the people and places you protect. This role is about leading from the front—guiding, developing, and motivating your team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing everything from scheduling and payroll to incident response and operational excellence.

College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field. Security Management experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution Centers. American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) or International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification. Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience. Aptitude with security systems including CCTV, access control, and badge administration.
