You will serve as a vital link in our security operations, conducting patrols inside and outside client premises across various weather conditions and terrains. This role requires frequent interactions with client employees and guests, demanding the ability to remain calm and professional while interacting with a wide range of individuals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, as well as providing detailed report writing. You will work within a team environment to ensure site and organizational goals are achieved daily, utilizing conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques when necessary. A dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff is available to foster your growth and advancement within the company.
