About the Role

As a team member at Marshalls, you are responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas. You will model established customer experience practices, accurately process purchases and returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain merchandising standards. Additionally, you will participate in store recovery, uphold safety awareness, and contribute to shrink reduction goals, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
