As a Certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will utilize our industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. This seasonal position runs through the end of August, subject to business needs, and requires availability on Saturdays and split days off.
You will champion the Safelite Spirit with a can-do attitude, a caring heart, and a service mindset. Your goal is to bring unexpected happiness to your customers by completing jobs with only the highest quality standard in mind. You will learn to repair vehicle glass, focusing on the Safelite Way of Fitting, under the guidance of experienced technicians and leaders.
Your day will involve repairing chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles. You will manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication through our handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology, while also promoting and selling Safelite promotional items. Additionally, you will clean customer vehicles during wait times and perform housekeeping tasks in the company vehicle and shop. You will safely operate company and customer vehicles, as well as company-issued tools and chemicals.
