As a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will utilize our industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. You will champion the Safelite Spirit with a can-do attitude, a caring heart, and a service mindset, striving to bring unexpected happiness to your customers by completing jobs with the highest quality standards in mind.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage work orders and customer documentation using MRM technology
- check_circlePromote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
- check_circleClean customer vehicles and perform housekeeping tasks in the shop
- check_circleOperate company and customer vehicles safely
- check_circleUtilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs
- check_circleRepair vehicle glass chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues
- check_circleComply with all company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred
- verifiedValid state-issued driver's license
- verifiedMust be 18 years of age or older
- verifiedCompletion of Safelite SafeTech certification
