As a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will utilize our industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. This role is about more than just fixing chips and cracks; it is about championing the "Safelite Spirit" with a can-do attitude, a caring heart, and a service mindset. Your goal is to bring unexpected happiness to customers by completing every job with the highest quality standard in mind.
This is a seasonal position with employment expected to continue through the end of August, subject to business needs. The role requires availability on Saturdays and split days off to accommodate operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePromote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
- check_circleClean customer vehicles during wait times and perform shop housekeeping tasks
- check_circleLearn and apply the Safelite Way of Fitting under experienced technician guidance
- check_circleRepair vehicle glass chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues
- check_circleOperate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals safely
- check_circleManage work orders, customer documentation, and communication via MRM technology
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred
- verifiedValid state-issued driver's license
- verifiedMust be 18 years of age or older
- verifiedCompletion of Safelite SafeTech certification
