About the Role
As a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will utilize our industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. This role is about more than just fixing chips and cracks; it is about championing the Safelite Spirit with a can-do attitude, a caring heart, and a service mindset. Your goal is to bring unexpected happiness to your customers by completing every job with the highest quality standard in mind.
You will learn to repair vehicle glass through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training under the guidance of experienced technicians and Safelite leaders. You will manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication through our handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology, while also promoting and selling Safelite promotional items. The role requires you to clean customer vehicles during wait times and maintain housekeeping standards in the company vehicle and shop.
This is a seasonal position with employment expected to continue through the end of August, subject to business needs. Availability on Saturdays and split days off is required to meet business demands.
