About the Role
The National/Alamo brand is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join our team in Bangor, ME. This role is designed to provide superior, friendly, and efficient transactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. You will facilitate the entire rental process by verifying and documenting necessary driver information to guarantee timely rentals and returns.
In this position, you will meet and greet customers professionally, communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and company-approved services. You will utilize sales and service techniques to identify customer needs, offering optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for directions, maps, and local area information, while handling incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries. The role also involves assessing vehicle conditions upon return and collaborating with management to address any customer or vehicle issues.

Requirements
