This position is dedicated to preparing and displaying seafood items with efficiency, sanitation, and artistry, ensuring every product meets our company standards. Day in the Life
Your day begins by ensuring the sales floor is pristine and inviting. You will unload and store merchandise, preparing and displaying foods according to specific recipes and policies while strictly adhering to Food Safety regulations and Health Department guidelines. Throughout your shift, you will monitor product quality to guarantee freshness and safety, manage temperature logs, and maintain proper signage and product rotation.
Beyond the counter, you will keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stored correctly. You will also be responsible for washing and sanitizing cookware and utensils. As a team member, you will communicate effectively with both customers and associates, offering prompt and cheerful service while operating the cash register as needed. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work weekends and holidays to support the team.
