Bluewater Federal supports the USAF at Maxwell AFB through the Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems program. This initiative provides critical lifecycle support for enterprise U.S. Air Force logistics and maintenance systems, enabling global mission readiness and sustainment operations.
As a Scrum Master, you will serve as the backbone of daily Agile execution for the BMx product teams. Your primary mission is to ensure sprint work aligns with team capacity, sustainment priorities, modernization sequencing, and release governance requirements. You will facilitate the rhythm of the team by supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum execution, and ART synchronization.
In this role, you will actively track sprint predictability, workload balance, and operational issues to prevent overcommitment and release instability. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Functional SMEs, DevSecOps engineers, and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to dynamically adjust sprint work when critical issues, cybersecurity fixes, migration changes, or operational support needs arise.
Bluewater Federal is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified candidates will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law. As a VEVRAA federal contractor, we request priority referral of veterans.
