We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team supporting a mission-critical, cloud-based (AWS) system for a government customer. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses deep subject matter proficiency in agile methodologies. You will serve as the catalyst for our development sprints, guiding the team from planning through execution and review. Your day-to-day involves facilitating daily stand-ups, managing the product backlog, and collaborating on requirement documentation. Beyond process management, you will act as a coach and unblocker, working closely with engineering, customer success, and senior management to resolve conflicts, eliminate impediments, and drive continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to guide the development of a portfolio of products that make a tangible impact on global security.
