About the Role
As a Chief Software Engineer (L6), you will set the technical vision and drive enterprise-grade software and systems solutions for next-generation space operations. This role exists to ensure excellence in the delivery of mission-critical systems by merging legacy and emerging technologies within complex government and DoD environments.
In this position, you will serve as the primary technical authority and architect for large-scale programs. You will mentor principal engineers and junior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and building future leaders. Your day-to-day involves influencing program direction, leading technology decisions, and establishing best-in-class Agile and DevSecOps practices. You will interface with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for customer mission success, ensuring rigorous software testing and high-availability satellite C2 environments.
