As a Scientist, RNA Chemistry on the Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in developing Dyne's oligonucleotide chemistry platform and supporting the discovery of novel nucleic acid therapeutics. This position is designed for an independent contributor who will execute the design, synthesis, purification, and analysis of oligonucleotides and their conjugates.
In this role, you will apply established methods to troubleshoot routine issues and leverage your technical expertise in modified RNA synthesis to produce high-quality oligonucleotides using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for optimizing synthesis methods, interpreting analytical data to improve purity and yields, and contributing to the rational design of oligonucleotides against various targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Waltham, MA.
