About Dyne Therapeutics

Dyne Therapeutics is dedicated to delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases. Our mission is to address the root cause of these conditions by developing therapeutics that target both muscle and the central nervous system (CNS). We are currently advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1), alongside preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and Pompe disease.

At Dyne, we are driven by a commitment to impact individuals, families, and communities. Learn more at dyne-tx.com or follow us on X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

About the Role

As a Scientist, RNA Chemistry on the Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in developing Dyne's oligonucleotide chemistry platform and supporting the discovery of novel nucleic acid therapeutics. This position is designed for an independent contributor who will execute the design, synthesis, purification, and analysis of oligonucleotides and their conjugates.

In this role, you will apply established methods to troubleshoot routine issues and leverage your technical expertise in modified RNA synthesis to produce high-quality oligonucleotides using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for optimizing synthesis methods, interpreting analytical data to improve purity and yields, and contributing to the rational design of oligonucleotides against various targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Waltham, MA.

Equal Opportunity

Dyne Therapeutics is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
