About the Role
ManTech, a leader in providing cutting-edge technologies and solutions, is seeking an SCI Security Specialist to support mission-critical national security programs. This role focuses on the protection of sensitive compartmented information (SCI) within various federal departments, primarily serving the U.S. intelligence community and the Department of Defense.
The ideal candidate will act as a guardian of national security assets, managing and enforcing strict security protocols while conducting comprehensive risk assessments. You will ensure the integrity of SCI materials by developing training programs on security awareness, coordinating with IT departments to implement secure system architectures, and liaising with government agencies to ensure adherence to legal and procedural standards. Your work will involve monitoring compliance, taking preventive or corrective actions as necessary, and preparing detailed reports on security status and incidents for management and government oversight.
