The School Systems Manager serves as a strategic leader within our Education, Training & E-Learning department. This position is designed to oversee the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of school-based mental health and educational programs across our partner districts. You will act as the primary bridge between our organization and school leadership, ensuring that our services align seamlessly with district goals and educational priorities.
In this role, you will drive the implementation of evidence-based practices, including suicide prevention and crisis intervention, while fostering a supportive environment for students and families. The position requires a balance of high-level program management and hands-on collaboration, allowing you to shape the future of mental health support in K–12 settings.

Master's in Education, School Counseling, Social Work, or related field. New York State School Building Leader (SBL) or School District Leader (SDL) certification. Training in MTSS, PBIS, or similar school-wide support frameworks. Certification or documented training in suicide prevention or crisis intervention (e.g., ASIST, QPR). Project management or program management training/certification.
