About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support Full-Time positions in the Salem, OR area for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with students ranging from elementary to high school-aged, developing and implementing individualized education and treatment programs for those impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries.\n Our team-oriented approach ensures you have the resources and collaboration needed to thrive. Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleAssess speech and language skills of students suspected of having communication disorders
  • check_circleCommunicate assessment results and student progress to school staff, parents, and students
  • check_circleManage and organize specialized materials, equipment, and environment for the speech and language program
  • check_circleProvide educationally related communication intervention for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders
  • check_circleConsult with teachers to develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and objectives
  • check_circleProvide resources, modeling strategies, and training to other team members on communication interventions

Requirements

  • verifiedMaster's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology
  • verifiedSpeech Language Pathology License issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners
