About the Role

We are seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to partner with a fantastic school district in Lorain, Ohio. This role is designed for professionals who are ready to make a real difference in students' lives while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will have your evenings, weekends, and holidays to yourself, allowing you to focus on helping kids succeed.

In this position, you will deliver OT services based on each student's IEP, developing and implementing therapy plans that actually work. Your day will involve evaluating students, collecting data, and monitoring progress across multiple grade levels. You will collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive, and you may have the opportunity to supervise OT assistants. Some travel between schools may be required to fulfill these duties.
