Lonergan's Charter Service has been a family-owned and operated transportation company since 1959. Founded by John J. Lonergan Sr., the company is now led by his son, Greg Lonergan (President), and grandson, Mike Lonergan Jr. (Vice President). Our leadership and support staff bring decades of experience to the company, including Operations Manager Dee Lawson, Safety Manager Skip Humelsine, and a dedicated team of Team Leads who play a vital role in training new drivers and supporting management operations.
About the Role
Located in Millersville, MD, we are seeking dedicated drivers for full-time and part-time positions. You will have the opportunity to work on public, private charter, and team sports routes. Whether you are an experienced driver or looking to start a new career, we offer a supportive environment where you can grow.
If you do not currently hold a Class B commercial driver's license with passenger and school bus endorsements, we will train you for free. This training requires a commitment of one year of service to the company. We also offer a competitive starting wage of $28.50+ per hour for candidates who already hold a CDL with Air Brakes, passenger, and school bus endorsements.
