About the Role
The Scheduling Coordinator is the engine that keeps our daily operations moving. In this role, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly schedules. You will be responsible for developing and distributing inbound, replenishment, and shipping schedules to ensure customer demands are met.
This position thrives in a fast-paced environment where you must analyze and fix production problems while managing assigned material and equipment. You will serve as a vital communication hub, working with all departments to share labor and cross-train as required. Your focus will be on schedule attainment, ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Work Environment
This role is based in Cincinnati, OH, on the 1st Shift. One hundred percent of your work time will be spent in a warehouse environment, where temperatures may be hot or cold depending on the season. The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 35 pounds occasionally.
