As a Scheduling Specialist, you will manage patient referrals and visit schedules, serving as a vital link between clinical needs and operational execution. You will assign patient assessments and other visits as ordered by physicians using our online scheduling system. Your work involves collaborating closely with the Team Leader to identify clinicians with the appropriate experience and skill set to match specific patient needs.
