As a Solutions Technical Lead, you will be passionate about optimizing internal operations and empowering teams to maximize the value of SAP systems. In this position, you will play a key role in managing complex projects and critical business process workstreams within SAP and related financial platforms. You will drive system and process enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and strong adoption across the organization.
Your deep knowledge across multiple SAP modules will allow you to quickly identify challenges and deliver effective, scalable solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert, offering strategic insights and hands-on support while championing continuous improvement initiatives through automation and streamlined workflows.

SAP Certification. Experience with standard project activities including Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and training. Familiarity with US GAAP and financial reporting standards. Background in accounting or business process consulting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience working in regulated industries such as Life Sciences.
Skills: Sap, Sap S/4hana, Sap Analytics Cloud, Concur, Trintech, Servicenow, GL Wand, Insightsoftware, Fit-Gap Analysis, Us Gaap.
Education: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years; Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
