As a Package Project Lead 2, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the client's business and IT leadership. This role exists to lead, manage, and motivate a distributed team of SAP functional and technical consultants, ensuring the seamless delivery of complex ERP and AMS programs. You will be the driving force behind defining project objectives, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
In this position, you will not only oversee day-to-day operations but also act as an escalation point for high-priority issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will collaborate closely with mid-level and senior client representatives to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for program growth, and present strategic recommendations that align with client business objectives. Your contribution will be pivotal in shaping the future of critical industries by working on transformative projects that respond to change and seize new opportunities.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP AMS program, ensuring process adherence and quality delivery. Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Manage the program's backlog and roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and new initiatives in alignment with client business objectives. Ensure compliance with client's IT policies, change management procedures, and security protocols. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to team members and client personnel as needed. Collaborate with the client to define and refine the long-term SAP roadmap. Identify opportunities for program growth and new service offerings (e.g., RPA, S/4HANA migration, cloud integration). Develop and present business cases for new initiatives or technologies that can provide value to the client. Stay abreast of industry trends and new SAP technologies provide strategic guidance to the client.
