About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Workflow Developer to join our team in the airline domain. This role is critical for designing, developing, and implementing robust SAP Business Workflows, including both standard workflows (SWDD) and Flexible Workflows for S/4 HANA. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring events, tasks, work items, and workflow templates, as well as building custom approval processes and multi-level workflows.
Team Context
In this position, you will lead a team of junior developers, translating complex business requirements into clear technical designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business users to ensure seamless stakeholder management and effective task distribution. The role demands strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and business needs.
Location & Requirements
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX. Candidates must be US Citizens, Green Card holders, or have GC EAD status. While relocation is considered, a strong justification for the move is required. The ideal candidate possesses 6 to 10 years of experience in ABAP and SAP Business Workflow.
