DivIHN (pronounced "divine") is a CMMI ML3-certified Technology and Talent solutions firm. Since our formation in 2002, we have enabled meaningful connections between talented professionals and forward-thinking organizations across commercial and public sectors. Our "IT Asset Performance Services" organization specializes in Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation, serving clients in the Mid-West and beyond. Driven by a unique Purpose, Culture, and Value Delivery Model, our strategic characteristics are Standardization, Specialization, and Collaboration.
We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to bridge the gap between project support and overall internal support. In this 6-month remote role (with possibility of extension), you will collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements for ABAP programs and OData services. Your day-to-day will involve developing custom reports, function modules, BAPIs, and classes to meet specific business needs, with a particular focus on HR payroll processes, CATS, and payroll calculation flows.
You will also be responsible for developing OData services using SAP Gateway or ABAP CDS views to expose backend data for frontend applications like SAP Fiori. This includes implementing CRUD operations, ensuring business logic alignment, and structuring metadata for efficient data consumption. The role requires close collaboration with frontend developers to ensure seamless data flow, as well as conducting unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for long-running reports or large data volumes. Detailed documentation of data flows, business logic, and technical specifications is a key part of your contribution.
This position is open only to W2 candidates; third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. To learn more about this opportunity or to apply, please contact one of our Talent Specialists directly:
