The Role in Context
As the AMS Lead, you will drive high-quality technical support and operational excellence within the SAP ecosystem. Your day-to-day will involve managing incident, problem, change, and release activities aligned with ITIL practices, while conducting root cause analysis to implement long-term solutions for recurring technical issues. You will collaborate effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, focusing on the performance, stability, and maintainability of custom developments and enhancements.
Location & Work Model
This position is based in Mundelein, IL, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This schedule facilitates close collaboration with the local team while allowing for focused remote work on other days.
