As a Sandwich Maker, you will be the heart of our kitchen and front-of-house operations. You will play a crucial role in preparing and assembling sandwiches and salads according to our specific recipes and guidelines while ensuring every guest receives warm, friendly service. Your day will involve taking accurate orders, handling transactions, and assisting customers with our mobile app. You will also manage the cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment like deli slicers and conveyor ovens, while adhering to strict food safety protocols.
We are looking for high-energy team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are greeting customers, answering phone calls for to-go orders, or promoting our specials, your positive attitude and attention to detail will directly impact our guests' experience. We offer flexibility for both part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
We believe in making work enjoyable. At Snarf's, you won't be mopping floors or scrubbing bathrooms, and you won't need to wear a uniform (within reason and safety guidelines). We offer free employee meals during scheduled shifts and tips that average $6+ an hour. We are passionate about promoting from within, constantly looking for Shift Supervisors and potential managers to grow with us.
Compensation is based on experience, and we offer health reimbursement, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days of employment. We also provide paid training and a referral program to support your journey with us.
