This Salesperson position is a dynamic role focused on meeting dealership sales goals while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle purchase journey from the initial greeting to the final delivery.
Your day involves determining customer needs, explaining vehicle features, and demonstrating operations both in the showroom and on the road. You will research model availability, suggest optional equipment, and handle the financial aspects of the sale, including quoting prices with tax and trade-in allowances. Beyond the transaction, you will manage paperwork, arrange delivery and registration, and address any customer concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
Candidates with prior sales experience are preferred. The role requires strong verbal and writing abilities to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings, as well as the mathematical skills necessary to compute sales figures accurately.
