About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work for yourself, not by yourself. We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our team during a time of unprecedented demand for safety, security, and stability. Our role focuses on helping families protect their financial legacy through Mortgage Protection, Life Insurance, Final Expense, and Retirement Protection.

Unlike traditional sales roles, there is no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting. We utilize a cutting-edge, direct-mail lead program where thousands of letters are sent weekly to homeowners who have recently refinanced or purchased a home. These leads are expecting your call to discuss their options for Mortgage Protection, which can pay off a mortgage in the event of death or provide funds if the client becomes disabled or sick. You will reach out to these warm leads via our in-house system, conducting sales through webinars and telephone conversations.

We offer extensive training for telesales and webinar-based selling, along with continued support from a mentor team. Whether you are looking to earn a six-figure income as a field agent or develop your own agency where the sky is the limit, we provide the tools and support system to help you succeed. Part-time positions and leadership roles for mentoring new agents are also available.
