About the Role

As a Route Sales Driver, you will be the face of Hiland Dairy on established routes, operating Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This position is designed for individuals who thrive on building relationships with local customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. You will be responsible for delivering products, rotating stock according to company standards, and collecting on accounts. Success in this role requires a blend of commercial driving expertise and strong interpersonal skills to provide courteous customer service while adhering to all DOT rules and regulations.

Hiring Process
