We offer market-leading compensation with a base pay plus uncapped commission, with average earnings ranging between $60,000 and $90,000. As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will greet and engage with Cabela's customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities. Your day will involve delivering friendly, informative presentations that highlight the benefits of vacation ownership while building rapport with guests to identify their specific interests and needs. You will act as a concierge, recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages, all while staying informed about current promotions and product offerings.
To ensure we meet the needs of our guests, this role requires a flexible schedule. Ambassadors must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
