About the Opportunity
We are currently hiring for our team at the Middletown Costco location! This is a fantastic opportunity for positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for Qunol and Zena Nutrition. Our mission is to build a highly motivated sales team dedicated to promoting the highest quality nutritional supplements in the industry.
You will be trained to actively demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our top-rated products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric, Colostrum, and Magnesium Gummies. As a representative, you will interact directly with Costco members, presenting yourself and the company competently and professionally while providing excellent customer service.
The Role
This position is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people, and are known self-starters. You will work independently as the sole team member at the location, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and manage your own schedule effectively.
A Day in the Life:
- Engage Members: Approach and interact with Costco shoppers to promote our brands.
- Demonstrate Products: Actively showcase the value of our nutritional supplements.
- Logistics: You will be responsible for lifting and carrying a 4ft folding table (approx. 30 lbs) from the parking lot to the store and back at the end of each shift, as well as transporting products and demonstration supplies.
- Sales Focus: Shifts run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends are highlighted as the best days for commission, and you receive credit for the entire day's sales when scheduled.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Starting at $24/hour plus bonuses based on surpassing sales quotas.
- Structure: W-2 employment with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
- Support: A promotional kit is provided to help you succeed.
