As a Retail Sales Manager, you will serve as a professional role model, representing the company with integrity while fostering a productive work environment. This position is designed to teach and create future leaders, ensuring that all decisions prioritize the company's interests. You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within your location, recruiting and developing a sales team to drive maximum profitability and growth in line with our values and vision.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. The role requires a commitment to a 45-hour work week. Applicants should have 1-2 years of wireless sales management experience and 3-4 years of wireless sales experience. A college degree is preferred, though a high school diploma or GED is required.
