The Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall sales performance while leading and developing a team of Sales Guides. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving sales goals, and fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture. You will coach and support leaders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, operational excellence, and team engagement, while identifying and sharing best practices to drive consistency and continuous improvement. In partnership with cross‑functional teams, the role supports strategic initiatives and oversees daily operations, including tour flow, scheduling, and accountability, to ensure efficient execution and sustained results.
This is a Full-Time role reporting to the Sales Director. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business needs dictate.
